Terms of Use

1. Who we are

LeanStreak is provided by [legal entity name], of [registered address] ("LeanStreak", "we", "us"). These terms are the agreement between you and us about your use of the LeanStreak app and the services behind it.

By creating an account or using LeanStreak, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use LeanStreak.

2. LeanStreak is not medical advice

LeanStreak is a general wellness and fitness tool. It is not a medical device, and nothing in it is medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. Calorie and macronutrient targets, meal suggestions, and training plans are estimates produced from the information you give us and from published formulas. They are not prescriptions.

Talk to a doctor or another qualified health professional before changing how you eat or train, particularly if you are pregnant or breastfeeding, have or have had an eating disorder, have a heart condition or another medical condition, take medication, or are recovering from injury. If LeanStreak’s health questions flag any of these, LeanStreak will keep you at maintenance calories rather than suggest a deficit or a surplus — that is a safety default, not an assessment of you.

Never ignore professional advice, or delay seeking it, because of something LeanStreak showed you. If you think you are having a medical emergency, contact your local emergency services.

3. Who can use LeanStreak

You must be at least [minimum age] years old to have a LeanStreak account. If you are under 18, LeanStreak uses general-health targets with no calorie deficit or surplus.

You may use LeanStreak only where you are legally allowed to, and only for your own personal, non-commercial use.

4. Your account

You are responsible for what happens under your account, and for keeping your password and your connected sign-in accounts secure. Tell us at [support email] if you think someone else has got into your account.

Give us accurate information. LeanStreak calculates your targets from your age, sex, height, weight, activity, and health answers, so wrong information produces wrong targets.

5. What you may not do

Do not use LeanStreak to break the law, to harass anybody, or to get at another person’s data. Do not try to break, overload, reverse-engineer, or work around the security of the app or the services behind it, and do not use automated means to extract data from it.

Do not upload anything you do not have the right to upload, and do not upload photographs of anybody who has not agreed to it.

6. What you put into LeanStreak

What you log stays yours: your entries, measurements, photos, and the foods and meals you define. You give us permission to store and process them so that we can run LeanStreak for you — to parse what you say into entries, calculate your targets, show your history, and back it all up.

That permission exists so the app can work. We do not sell what you log, and we do not use your health data for advertising.

You can export everything, and you can delete your account from inside the app. Deleting your account removes your data as described in the Privacy Policy.

7. Voice, photos, and AI features

LeanStreak turns speech into text on your device, then sends that text to our servers to be read into a meal or a workout. Photographs of meals and of handwritten workouts are processed the same way. This uses an AI model running in our own cloud account; your prompts and the model’s output are not used to train anybody’s model.

AI can be wrong. Check what LeanStreak logged, and correct it when it is not what you meant — every entry can be edited.

8. Subscriptions and payment

Some LeanStreak features may require a paid subscription. If they do, the price, the billing period, and the renewal terms are shown before you buy, and you are charged through the App Store or Google Play under their rules.

Subscriptions renew automatically until you cancel. Cancel through the store you bought from. Refunds are handled by that store under its policy.

9. Changes to LeanStreak and to these terms

LeanStreak will change: features will be added, altered, and sometimes withdrawn. We may also update these terms. When we do, we will ask you to accept the new version in the app before you carry on using it, and the record keeps which version you agreed to and when.

If you do not accept a new version, you can stop using LeanStreak and delete your account.

10. Ending this agreement

You can stop using LeanStreak at any time and delete your account from inside the app.

We may suspend or close your account if you break these terms, if we are required to by law, or if we stop offering LeanStreak. Except where you have seriously broken these terms, we will give you reasonable notice and a chance to export your data first.

11. Disclaimers

LeanStreak is provided as it is. To the fullest extent the law allows, we make no warranties of any kind about it, including that it will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that its estimates and suggestions will produce any particular result.

Some jurisdictions do not allow certain warranties to be excluded, so parts of this section may not apply to you.

12. Limits on our liability

To the fullest extent the law allows, LeanStreak is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential loss, or for lost profits or lost data, arising out of your use of the app.

13. Governing law
